Sleepyhead or machine problem?
I've recently changed over to heated tubing on my Philips system one machine. I bought the conversion kit and installed it without any issues. It must be installed correctly...the tubing has been detected and shows 15H in the settings. The heating icon on the machine is orange..which also indicates heated tubing is present.
I have the settings all set...everything shows that heated tubing is working. Yet, when I look at my results in Sleepyhead, under the stats, it says "heated tubing - no" (that's not verbatim...I don't have the chart right in front of me). I have humidity set to 4 and tube temp set to 5...I want ample humidification.
I'm still fine tuning the settings for the heated tubing, but the air at the mask never seems any warmer than before with normal tubing. Tonight I will be turning off System One humidification to see if I can go the manual method with better success.
But my question is...why does the Sleepyhead stats show that heating tubing is not present when it clearly is?
Any idea?
RE: Sleepyhead or machine problem?
Sleepyhead still has some bugs, and that is one of them. It's clearly working based on the machine display.
RE: Sleepyhead or machine problem?
Thanks for taking the time to let me know. I figured that was the issue, but considering the challenges I've had recently getting my AHI under better control, I was just double checking...
