Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
- Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
- let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
- gently suck to form a light vacuum
Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

I have no idea whats device 354 suppose to mean, easy to look at the picture
Also he said "And it does track a number of parameters, including ahi and leak info (I can get simplified reports on myair, and more sophisticated reports through my supplier)"
Does AirSense 10 CPAP report leak numbers or just happy or frowny faces?
Very confusing, wish ResMed don't use "CPAP" as the model name
Any machine is CPAP but not every machine is full data capable machine
It was easier with the S9 to spot the brick, look for the word "Escape" in the name

I took CPAP as the model - which is a brick, but maybe slightly less bricky than the predecessor brick.

There are three primary AutoSense models - CPAP, Elite and AutoSet. There's also an AutoSet for Her model, which is just like the AutoSet, but with minor auto-adjusting algorithm adjustments specifically designed for women.
The CPAP model has all the features I've mentioned, but does not include advanced event detection or auto-adjusting capability. The Elite model adds advanced event detection - specifically, the Elite has the ability to detect both Cheyne-Stokes respiration as well as central apnea. Both the CPAP and Elite models are fixed-pressure machine which blow at a fixed prescribed pressure all night long. The AutoSet model adds the auto-adjusting functionality which varies the pressure as needed throughout the night, giving the user optimal therapy at the lowest possible therapy pressure.

Yes, "CPAP" is the name that replaced the "Escape". That's what it says down in the corner. It's a brick. I think it reports basic information via MyAir but that doesn't translate to SleepyHead.
