Help with Flow Limits driving pressure
I've been using CPAP for almost a month now. The biggest trend is these flow limits reaching up to 0.3, occasionally as high as 0.5, causing pressure to rocket and then gradually subside before flow limits reoccur and the cycle repeats. This happens about every 80-90 minutes. Maybe it has something to do with REM?
I've seen two potential solutions to flow limits, one is that the pressure just isn't high enough to keep the airway open, so I'm getting 30% closure instead of 75% or more. Increasing the pressure didn't seem to work. The other solution I've seen is to use EPR, which gives me lots of centrals and doesn't seem to fix the flow limits either.
Welcome to the forum. I don't have a good answer for you but it will be easier for forum members to evaluate your data if you use the free OSCAR software which can be downloaded from the link at the top of the page, See the link below for how to organize and post OSCAR data.

RE: Help with Flow Limits driving pressure
EPR will likely help with the flow limits and keep your pressure from jumping too high. Try raising min pressure to 7, max to 10, and setting EPR to 2 or 3.
I know you said that didn’t help but we need to see what it looks like to hone in on what will work.
