Really? I got a 30-second orientation, if that much. Strap it on, put on the canula, clip on the clothespin, and go to sleep. The JetBlue flight attendant spent more time showing me where the exits were.
The detailed results of that resulted in a script for an APAP, and a full sleep test two months later. All paid by UHC insurance, not a penny out of pocket. New machine every 5 years.
