So Much Progress!

So Much Progress!
Third week of CPAP therapy and I finally hit 5 AHI!!!!

My average AHI has been around 10 for the last three weeks.  I tried so many different setting but finally settled on:
  • CPAP Mode
  • Pressure 9
  • EPR On
  • EPR 1

I used a full face mask and noticed today that I potentially breathe out of my mouth.  This causes drool to pool in mask and make loud noise when it comes out of exhaust.  That wakes me up and its so annoying.

I have tried CPAP straight 10 pressure and it was too much for comfort.  Don't think I would want to increase pressure right now.

Do you think I should use a nose mask?  Was looking at Brevida

PS: Thank you Gideon and Opal Rose!!!
