Hey, I'm a new APAP user recently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea (AHI=31). I picked up the Resmed Airsense 11 with masks F30i, F20, and Brevita (arriving soon).
Attached is my 3rd night using the F30i. I got up twice between 8:15 and 9 AM. Should I be concerned with the RE and CAs? How can I lower the OAs further?
I'm willing to try different masks and tweak as many settings as I can to get it just right. I'm a tinkerer at heart and love playing with these graphs and stats. I didn't like the fit of the F20 and I'm looking forward to trying the Brevita (though I'm a mouth breathing side sleeper).
I've only learned about this community recently, but I can already tell y'all are great! I appreciate it. Thanks!
Welcome to the forum. Your results look pretty good but I can think of one adjustment that may improve them. Increasing EPR to 2 will reduce flow limitations which may eliminate the RERA and reduce OA. There is a possibility it will increase CA. Your CA are quite low and thee is no need for concern unless there is a significant increase. They may be treatment emergent and disappear in a few weeks as you adjust to the therapy. Such treatment emergent CA are not uncommon.

Thanks for the reassurance on the CAs. I think I went down the "doctor google" rabbit hole a wee bit too much on that one. Yeah, it'll be interesting to see how my body adjusts after a few weeks. Already feeling more energetic during the day. I'll try EPR=2 tonight
