Optimum AHI ?

My last month AHI average was .5 and the last two months average has been .38 and the same since February when I had my machine repaired under warranty. I started CPAP last November and my long term average is .5 but now and then I get a night over 1 but always less than 2. This is from a base AHI of 47 prior to treatment. I am more than happy with the results and daytime benefits now I have gotten used to how this treatment operates. I am not a huge fan of the mask at night but it beats the hell out of the alternative.

I slowly upped my pressure to 9.0. AHI is much lower. However, it's tough getting used to the higher pressure.
