Still not feeling 100%

Still not feeling 100%
I have good ahi numbers per my S9, but still feel fatigued all the time. My doctor hasn't found any other medical issues (blood test, etc) so what are some of the SA/CPAP/sleep related possibilities? The only other issue I have is chronic congestion, but again good ahi numbers. Dont-know Should I invest in an oximeter?

RE: Still not feeling 100%
Whats your leak numbers. If your nose congested and using nasal pillows or nasal mask, you wont be getting enough air to breathe through your nose and also you,ll opening your mouth to breathe. As mouth open, treatment air escape thru mouth too and compromise the treatment. Chinstrap helps keep mouth closed but again same problem if the nose congested, full face allows to breathe through the nose or mouth without compromise to the therapy. Have you tried saline sinus rinse or examined by ENT

Leaks are also what I would check; if it leaks a lot it can also misreport AHI. How do they look?

Thanks for the help. For the last 30 days, the S9 LCD shows ~10.xx, and Sleepyhead reports 2.82 "average leaks" and 16.80 "95 %".

I think it's more of a matter of exercise Tokyo. I'd tell you exactly what to do, but I'm too tired.

Basically I figure our bodies are really busy figuring out what to do with all this new stuff and it'll just take time.

Because I have COPD, I do keep a little finger oximeter around to see how well I'm perking, and I think it would be fun to have one that connects to the cpap gear. But I'm not all that worried about it.

Maybe later I can give you the magic formula for more energy, but right now I need to go take a nap.
