You do not have individual large flow limit but you have a lot of smaller ones. Flow limits do 2 things. First the drive your pressures. Look at your pressure graph. As you have flow limits your pressures goes up.
And that change of pressure causes the 2nd problem - sleep disturbances. Either not allowed you to get into deeper sleep or waking you up.
But by far the most important are the centrals. If you already have tried changing the trigger then a different pap machine may be needed

Right now the machine is limited in how far the pressure can go up (1.2 points) and that amount of pressure change did not seem to be an issue on the PR. Yes, the RM is more aggressive and that could be an issue.
Perhaps further limiting the IPAP range would be more productive than raising the pressure IPAP can go to. Come to think of it, that is what I have been doing and the direction my new Dr. has gone...
Again and not to belabor the issue... In the OP I suggested possibly going to S mode once the best pressure was found and that would mean acceptable FL at a fixed pressure.
