Stop mouth leaks with a boil and bite mouthguard?
I have tried so much to stop mouth leaks. I use p10 nasal pillows. I have tried chin straps but I'm unable to sleep with them the feeling of pulling my chin up is weird. I have tried tape but tape just made me wake up feeling bad for some reason and I didn't like how claustrophobic it made me feel. So really the last option I plan to try is a boil and bite double sided mouth guard I'm hoping it will help and if anyone has any experience with these let me know please!

I haven't tried this but I'm very interested to hear if it works for you. I'm in the same boat with unresolvable mouth leaks.

I use one of these with a FFM and it helps with leaks.

I tried that myself, didn't work out. I got it fitted just fine, but it made my teeth sore because when I sleep on my side, the jaw naturally falls towards the pillow, not much, but just enough to put sideways force on the teeth.
If you can't do tape, I'd recommend trying one of the soft cervical collars.

I tried a soft cervical collar I did it as loose as they said too I guess I turn around in my sleep too much I pulled my neck bad enough it hurt for two weeks. Couldn't sleep with the cervical collar either so honestly I feel the mouth guard is the last thing for me to try

What was your problem with using mouth tape? Was it painful to remove? I found it so but discovered that if I spread Milk of Magnesia where the tape would go, let it mostly dry, and then apply the tape, it was painless to remove in the morning. As to claustrophobia, I thought it would bother me too, but soon found that I was able to adjust and was quite comfortable. Anyway, tape can be a wonderful solution and causes no problems with teeth or jaw. Anyway, just something to reconsider and maybe retry.
