We've experienced the same thing with mail-order medication. If the postal carrier steals it and then claims it was delivered, you're stuck. You can't buy more because you are only allowed to buy so much in a 90-day period. Post office will claim it was delivered, you claim it isn't and the drug company believes the post office. You're still without medication though... I'm glad our company decided to ditch the drug provider and go with one where we can pick it up from a participating pharmacy.
