The DS is so slow, some people finish near fixed cpap pressure

If it was me, because of the OA, I would now move it to 14, I think that will be close, the OA are evenly spread and don't appear positional by way you are sleeping. But I've been wrong before, evaluate if you bring your chin to your chest, if so A soft foam cervical collar can help

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
