ok, got OSCAr working. Not sure if my numbers are good, bad, average, what they mean

ok, finally figured out how to get data from my machine. Now wondering what it means.

OK better.

Hypopnea are your biggest issue. Respironics Flex isn't as good as the ResMed and EPR in dealing with this. I would not try flex 3. So that leaves increasing you min pressure up. Try 8.5 to see if that have any better results.

When I get a new machine I'll request that. I've stopped using my toxic death cloud spreader..I mean Dreamstation.

Ah OK yep probably a good idea to stop using that.

If you get the opportunity see about switching to ResMed. Most users of the ResMed can get better therapy. Some forum members even switched from Respironics to ResMed in their therapy thread and have OSCAR shots proving differences.
