Thank you all, you have given me plenty to consider and I am more positive about the future now. The information on this site is wide ranging and very constructive which is completely different to the British forums. I posted this thread in the U.K. at the same time 2 days ago but there has only been 6 views and no replies, so thank you one and all - I will be trying some of the actions suggested and I will report back whatever the results. I am still hoping that my prescribed steroid spray will help but nothing magic has happened yet.
