RE: Persistent headaches, nothing seems to fix
Did you ever figure out what was causing your persistent headaches? My situation mirrors yours almost exactly. Pressure behind the eyes, middle of forehead, bi-lateral pressure. NSAIDs don't do anything. I am hypothesizing now after many many tests, ENT visits and CT scans (it's not sinus related) that I have UARS that mainly shows up in REM sleep. And that my REM sleep is so troubled because of that that my breathing challenges in that stage create the horrible pressure headaches that last all day. It's very random and when I sleep only 4-5 hours and very lightly with little deeper sleep it doesn't happen. I believe my Bi-PAP pressure may be too low to correct this, but when I push the pressure higher I get into horrible aerophagia. Can't figure out if my assumptions are right on all this or not. I've ruled everything else out.
Just curious if you ever learned anything.. thanks
