Not that much of a difference, but the Obstructives decreased a bit, so that's good.

Watch for a few days, and go by how you feel. It may be a trade off between CA's and Obstructives, but as I said, there's not that much difference.

I'd go by this yardstick: which setting felt better, more comfortable? That's the one to run with. The CA may have been up slightly, but it's nowhere near untreated. Just keep monitoring the levels and go with the higher comfort and rest.

No. The increase in CA events is not large enough to be significant. I'm glad that EPR seems to have alleviated the aerophagia.
