Morning

up until the last few nights been really successful with Cpap feeling good.

but last few nights feel like I am suffocating ; can't keep mask on have woken up twice with it off blowing away.

put it back on but cannot get enough air ?

what has changed ??

pollen has been a bit high recently and I get hay fever - but seems under control ?\
