TRT with OSA?
Anyone here use TRT with CPAP? Turns out not sleeping ruins your endocrine physiology as well.
What have been your experiences?
Unfortunately, fixing my mind and body with both TRT+CPAP are now effectively canceling each other out. I had this amazing 3 week period a few months in where I finally felt free from my health issues. Now it has all decompensated.
Basically, I gained a fair bit of muscle and some weight (looked almost anorexic before) and now my mask and therapy are not treating me anymore.
"Zombie mode" has returned.
