Thim device
Hi. I know it's not apnea related but in terms of better sleep does anyone have any experience with the Thim device (search for Thim sleep device). There doesn't seem to be any reference to it when I do a search.
Regards Rolf

Maybe the reason there isn't any information is because it's not currently available. Their website states that they are not currently taking orders and allows you to sign up to be notified.

True. However, I did purchase one second hand, it didn't seem to work so I sent it back to them and will get it back probably next week but was wondering if anyone else had any reports on if it really did help sleep and if so by how much and in which way.

I stand corrected. I found a review from 2016 for this device. It also appears that it is marketed under several other names as well.

RE: Thim device
Interesting. I tried to find any reviews etc on the internet but only came up with a couple of scientific type studies which seem to indicate at least some effectiveness. However does that translate into real world effectiveness. I did find they had a very good article (to me anyway) on sleep (How to sleep better - 77 pages and not just 7 tips to better sleep) at what seems to be a related website for another product from the same company, Retimer. Do you have some of the alternative names for the Thim device so I can investigate further, my research didn't seem as effective as I wasn't aware of the name changes.
