Kim, The last few nights I have had success with a simple solution. Retired_guy gave me some excellent advice. See his advice on this thread. I adjusted my FFM (Resmed Quatro Air) pressure down somewhat which keeps the mask from leaking and making rude sounds in the middle of the night. Note: I do use a Remzzzs mask liner with it. Then I went back to the basics instructions I found on the Forum (I think it is called "Getting a perfect mask fit .. Guaranteed). I followed it step-by-step. The instructions show you how not to overtighten the mask! Everyone does it. As soon as you do you destroy the conformity of the two gaskets. The bridge of my nose now no longer hurts at night. Wow! it was so simple I didn't believe it the first night. It is 4 nights later and it works. I am still working with the pressures in the hopes of getting the AHI's lower but the mask is not leaking and my nose does not hurt!
