Tools for "forced" side sleeping (noodles), do they work
Just wondering if the mechanical "tools" for avoiding sleeping och back, only on side, like the cylindrical things in harness etc. work. I realise already i both prefer and possible best for me only sleeping on side. I actually always have started out sleeping on my side, but for the sleep test i thought you had to tty sleeping only on back (i slept 50/50 back/side) but i hade about 1/5 apneas on side than back (no idea if that's usual or not).

You might want to look at the "Side sleep enforcer for positional apnea" post
