I agree that only a few days of therapy should not be expected to immediately heal the profound lack of good sleep. You will read that watching tv, or using computer, just before sleep may interfere with you feeling sleepy enough to fall asleep. Anyway, that is not nearly as important as getting used to the mask. If you think you have the mask thing down, you can stop the tv and other blue light activities. Another suggestion is to prefer things like meditation or reading before bed with or without masking up.
