Tracking apnea events

Tracking apnea events
I'm interested in being able to track my apnea events every night without having to do the full sleep test or necessarily have a CPAP machine on. This would allow me to test things like a soft cervical collar as I suspect that chin tuck is at least one cause of my sleep apnea. Does anyone know of a nice way to track sleep apnea every night?

RE: Tracking apnea events
If such a way existed there'd be no need for sleep studies.

The only thing I can think of is using an oximeter that records data.

Yeah an oximeter would be a good start. Does anyone know of a comfortable wireless oximeter that logs data?

The Wellue O2 Ring has no wires while wearing it. It does have a cable to charge it. Might be what you are looking for...
