Transcend Micro Travel CPAP Bluetooth Not Connecting
Hi, Anyone have a Transcend Micro Travel CPAP that knows how to fix the Bluetooth connection when it won't connect to the phone to upload the daily report? I paid out of pocket just over a month ago (just past the 30 days to return) for this device which has working just fine until today. This morning it would not connect to upload my daily report from the device to the mobile MySleepDash app. There is nothing wrong with my Samsung android S21U phone. All my other devices connect just fine. When I open the app and sync data with my device, I get a connection error message which gives some troubleshooting steps to try. Tried them, they didn't work. I called Transcend and spoke with a Rep, he walked me through resetting the Bluetooth on the device, and also unpairing and re-pairing the device, and tried again. Everything looks good to go. Well, that didn't work either. The rep said he have to send this issue up to higher up Tech, but he didn't call me back today, so I'm just a little frustrated. Has anyone else dealt with this issue with the Transcend Micro Travel CPAP?
