Do you see something like this on the screen? I'm trying to work out if the problem is in your machine, Oscar or uploading the image.

RE: AHI continues high
Elvis, thanks for posting your chart. I have to say the event flags look like nothing I've seen before. Normally they are short vertical bars but yours have all streaked out horizontally - is this what you see on the screen? Likewise, your flow rate chart is just showing a single line, when it should be going up and down with every breath. This is what a daily chart normally looks like:

I'm sure it is just me! I'll work on it more and post the graph again after I work on it a bit. I'm still working on the directions.
Thanks so much for your post!

His timeline was set to 0.5 s.

RE: AHI continues high
Flat lines atop the IPAP part of your flow and pressure chart, plus the obvious clusters of events, suggest your machine needs more pressure at the upper limit....OR....you might be tucking your chin toward your chest when these events cluster like that. Either a different pillow or a soft foam cervical collar worn somewhat loosely at night should help.

RE: AHI continues high
The clustering of obstructive apnea evnents stronly suggests positional apnea. This can be resolved pretty easily and is a common problem. Please read:
Positional Apnea Wiki Soft Cervical Collar wiki I'm sure you will see others have had the same problem and achieved very good results without a lot of pressure increase.
