[Treatment] BiPAP ST Oscar data analysis

BiPAP ST Oscar data analysis

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I have been using a CPAP machine for about 10 years. I am 48 years old, 180 cm tall and weigh 100 kg. I wasn't getting satisfactory results from my CPAP machine, so I had a sleep study done. During my third study, I was prescribed a BiPAP ST device. I feel more energetic and less prone to excessive sleepiness. I would be very grateful if you could help me analyze the data from my device. Thank you in advance

Hakancekis, your results on the Philips BiPAP ST show you are continuing to  have a very high rate of central apnea events.  I assume you have central sleep apnea, and probably require a device called an "Adaptive Servo Ventilator".  It would be helpful if you post future charts using the format in this tutorial that will let us see your therapy and settings more clearly. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...ganization

I need to see your settings before I can help.  It appears your pressure support is not adequate or you don't have a backup rate set. The machine you really need is the Resmed ASV.

Hello, I will be more careful about translation. Thank you very much for your valuable comments. I think I have a problem with the mask. I will try to send the data you requested as soon as possible. Kind regards.
