I loosened the head strap on the p10 and felt a lot better in the nose today. I might have loosened a little too much as I got a fair bit more leakage than normal but still inside requirements under 24

What matters most is how well you slept. If you sleep better with a leak rate under 24 it's probably more important than stopping all the leaks.

After you've been using it this way for awhile you might find tightening it a bit won't make you hurt so much. Then you can approach zero leaks in small steps.
