Will a Bi-PAP machine make a difference for me?

RE: Will a Bi-PAP machine make a difference for me?
Thanks for posting the chart.  At this point, Gideon's observations look spot on. You have practically no events with pressure at 8.0/5.0, and respiration is relatively steady except for a significant number of large flow spikes that occur through the night. This would seem to validate the titration results you received from the clinic of 10/5, but with a lower IPAP pressure. If the flow spikes are arousals, it would explain your sense of fatigue and might be worth a closer zoomed look.  Before going there, did the use of EPR and these pressures help with your sleep quality?
