[Treatment] Is my therapy effective?

Is my therapy effective?
Hello,

I recently started CPAP therapy treatment with a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset, however I'm not sure if I am using the correct settings as I do my titration on my own and haven't really felt any improvement on my symptoms (which is daytime fatigue).
I had issues with aerophagia (air swallowing) so I set the maximum pressure to around 8-9 which improved this issue. However with this I am not sure if I am using the correct settings for my apnea. According to my sleep study I had an OAHI of 9.

I included an OSCAR report in the attachment of a night's sleep. I haven't really been able to sleep a full night with the CPAP.

Any feedback would be extremely appreciated!

RE: Is my therapy effective?
You're doing okay, but if you add in EPR the flow limits will be significantly reduced and we should see a drop in the number of hypopnea and respiratory event related arousal...you'll sleep better. The real clue that you need EPR is the fact your inspiration time is longer than expiration. That means you're working to inhale, and with EPR that will reverse. There is a chance the centrals may increase temporarily with EPR until you adapt to the better ventilation. Other than that your therapy looks great. Change EPR to On, Full-Time, Setting 2 or 3. If you can change Ramp to off, you will actually find that period where data is not collected will feel better. We can see some spikes in respiration as you fight for more breath during ramp. Your current pressure of 7.0 minimum is fine, let's change the maximum to 9 just in case you need it.
