[Treatment] Reading Oscar Charts (newbie)
#41
RE: Reading Oscar Charts (newbie)
If I am right at the edge of small on the F30i mask sizing guide would suggestion be to get a small or medium mask.  Don't want too tight but I don't want leaks or too much air in my face so...

In the F30 I am a medium, my nose just fits in that first half oval but instructions are just pics so it's hard to tell exactly how to use it, I am assuming shouldn't touch edges.

I got the AirTouch F20. mask in the mail today so we will see how that works it seems big enough even though it is a small, it covers up to between brows.  As far as measuring for frame or headgear, do they have 'for her' measurements because I got the small and 21 inches when measuring for frame, not sure how they measure for headgear.  Gonna try the tonight.

I personally think they look and guess or just guess.

The Mask Primer contains fitting guides for many masks.

I am just testing out the airtouch mask and it is very hard to breathe in I had to turn on the EPR.  Very thick with the memory foam.  I also think having the hose in front makes it easy to dislodge when you turn over onto your side

This is todays graph lots of centrals at the end of night and something going on around 230 am

Would like to figure out the centrals but still it's under 5

Using the Airfit F20 silicon mask still, I got a new one. The memory foam version was too thick and hard to breathe.

Any input on charts appreciated!  Thanks.

Todays graph with close up CA

Lots of leaks, mask too loose?

Used an F20 mask with one of those nose guards which actually worked. Snugell I think is the brand.  Stayed on but smell a bit funny.

I made a set up so the hose will go behind the machine and over the machine and have hooks on the wall over my head so less likely to get pulled off but it's still leaking.

Any idea why Oscar would have no data from the card? Just the machine data, no graphs, must have put the card in wrong but there were no error messages when I put it in, it said it was loading. I put in a second card for tonight, I hope it works. Highlight of my morning to look at the data, sadly, besides coffee

I did a quick search of the problem of Oscar only showing summary data - I didn’t really find the answer other than SD card not in machine.  Would it help if I upgrade to newest version?  I really really want to be able to use Oscar so this is very upsetting!

Tested a new sd card and seems to work but I’ll never know if it’s in right until I take it out ?

Theres no way the 32 mb sd card could be full after 12 days is there? Do I need to delete the data on it? Which is weird cause dr wants me to bring it even thought I have AS11 which I thought they can access remotely was the whole point.
