AHI looks good, but still feeling bad

I bit the bullet and bought a used ASV. It should be coming in this week. Dave, I found a previous post of yours with a link to the ASV titration protocol: https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/attach...?aid=73812. Do you think that's where I should start? Happy to post my sleep studies if that would be useful.

You can do that, yes. Use that with an OSCAR chart and you should be up and running with the ASV pretty quick. I would try ASV Auto mode, as it's more helpful in my opinion, due to EPAP being a range.

For a jump start maybe do this:

Mode ASV Auto
EPAP 5-15
PS 3-15

Note IPAP is based off EPAP and PS, and you can't directly edit the IPAP. Indirectly you can edit IPAP by changes to EPAP or PS.

Try it for a bit. Make sure the SD card is in to capture data. Post after a session, and tell us how it felt, what needs addressed, etc.
