Thank you for your swift response. I will get to changing those settings as soon as I can and I will update.

I think you may have gotten the same advise from a half-dozen knowledgeable members that have been involved in this thread from the beginning. I should not have jumped into something this far along, but the Vauto is a game changer.

Yes this is true, unfortunately I was not able to get one until now.

Here is the update from last night with your settings you suggested yesterday

Change trigger to very-high, reduce PS to 3.6. Anything about comfort we should know? It appears we could reduce pressure further if you want.

RE: makdiajoh - Therapy Thread
I have a mild to moderate amount of aerophagia but it has always been like that my entire time using PAP therapy and it doesn’t bother me. Otherwise, I had no discomfort sleeping with these settings or any settings in the past. I am so tired I have no issue sleeping with any pressure or cervical collar or mouth tape or anything haha I will fall asleep and it feels like I’m staying asleep no matter what!
RE: makdiajoh - Therapy Thread
For some reason, the site won’t let me add the attachment of my data from last night. I’m currently using 1.9% of my attachment quota.
Never mind, now I can see it was attached once I posted. Let me know what you think about the updated data with your suggested settings

Man, your centrals are stubborn. How about a 2-3 minute zoom of a couple events so we know how those are happening? The lower PS and very high trigger did get some improvement, but I was looking for better.

RE: makdiajoh - Therapy Thread
Sorry for the delayed update. Good news - my CAs have decreased in the last couple of days. Hopefully this stays on trend while I still have this machine.

RE: makdiajoh - Therapy Thread
In zooming on my flow rate, I do have weird patterns like the one I have attached about every 10min. Is this normal or an arousal? Although my CAs decreased significantly the last 2 days, I don't feel anymore rested - which I am aware can take awhile - but just curious if this breathing is an arousal not picked up by the software.
