It's a simple change, and might have a positive effect on those events without affecting the positive aspects of the therapy you have had. Give the lower PS a try, let me know if it works out.
Great, thanks! I'll try that tonight. In the meantime, here's a single day of detailed data (the Daily tab). I can look at Imgur tomorrow.[attachment=3293]

Let us know how less PS worked out. I'm pretty sure it should be better.

Hi, wow you are absolutely right! Thanks so much! Things were much better last night. Here are the changes I made (I changed the EPAP/IPAP slightly based on other suggestions too):
Min EPAP 7.6
Max IPAP 12.8
PS 3.0 (per your suggestion)
And here are the results:
CA - 0.35
OA - 0.05
H - 0.17
AHI = 0.56
I know my CA numbers BEFORE last night's change didn't look too bad, but if you look at the details, the CA events came in clusters. On the 15th of March (AHI 2.76), I got 9 events within a 15 minute period during one cluster. And I get a few clusters per night. Those short clusters leave me gasping for air when I wake up and I feel out of it the next day, despite a very modest 2.76 AHI.
Last night I had insomnia (another chronic issue I struggle with), so the numbers might change a little when I get a better night of sleep. But despite the insomnia last night, I feel better than I have in the last several days.

i should have such good results. Stick with this for while, and you will see some variation, but I think we can call this "problem solved."
