RE: Heated tubing issues
This should not be difficult. Can you tell us your browser and operating system?
On my iphone using a chrome or Safari browser, I often am missing some of the control functions on the forum, but the UserCP ad profile editing is there.
RE: Heated tubing issues
checking again, I can see it on my android phone when I turn it to landscape but not upright / portrait.
RE: Updating User Profile / Heated tubing issues
I have updated the title of this thread based on the topic of most of the posts. If we ever get back the heated hose and humdifier, I'd suggest a new thread.

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem. TIA
pmcgall64,
If you haven’t ordered a Clinicians Manual, you can get it here.
https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-p...tup-manual
There is a section in the manual that explains the options and settings for the humidifier and heated tube.
There may be nothing wrong with your machine, only that the setting could be adjusted to make a difference.
RE: Updating User Profile / Heated tubing issues
On smartphone access to UserCP, I can access and see the various options on my Samsung Note 4 on Chrome after clicking on the browser option Desktop Site.
See if this screenshot created by my Note 4/Chrome helps
