CA's are still running rampant sadly but I don't think there's much I can do about that. It's odd because I had to get out of bed because my dog was barking, and I wasn't able to fall back asleep but I was breathing just fine, however CA's were still flagged, even minutes after getting back in bed.

RE: Fluctuating AHI
Interesting, so I used the collar and my OA events went down a good bit, I'm hoping it's not a fluke. Will try again tonight to see if it stays consistent

RE: Fluctuating AHI
Lets reduce pressure and EPR again. Minimum pressure 5.0, Maximum pressure 9.0, EPR 1. It would be interesting to see the chart on best results early in your therapy based on the prescription. I think you are sensitive to pressure and EPR and our focus needs to be on minimizing CA with the lower pressure and EPR strategy, while treating OA. This will increase flow limits, so we also need to prevent the autoset algorithm from increasing pressure too far.

Will do, I'll try that tonight and let you know how it goes. Thank you again for all of your help!

RE: Fluctuating AHI
So here are my results from last night,
My OA's are back above 1 but most of them seemed to be clustered in one area, and my CA's, despite a lower pressure and EPR are higher than yesterday's

RE: Fluctuating AHI
I think you should try a fixed pressure of 9.0 with no EPR to see if that brings the centrals down. If you don't think you can manage it without EPR, set it to one.

RE: Fluctuating AHI
Will try that tonight and see how it goes, I'm good with not using EPR but then my flow limits skyrocket so I've had it on because of that, but I'll report back to see if that does anything. Thank you for the suggestion
