AHI under normal, but feeling like a Walking Death

AHI under normal, but feeling like a Walking Death
Hi,

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea about 4 years ago. In the beginning, I feel improvement, but then I started waking up so I stop using it for a while. A couple of months ago I started using it again because I feel terrible, and I found this forum, I have been reading and trying to understand how this works. I replaced my brick for Autocpap from Resmed, buy a good mask and I started feeling better for a couple of weeks.

But after those couple of weeks, I just keep waking up. My charts are all similar never about 4.4 AHI, the median is 1.86 AHI, always registered HypoApnea and Clear Airway, rarely Obstructive Apnea (very few events like once in a week).

And what my physician says? "Cpap is for older guys you are young, take care of your appearance and all be fine" Yeah, I guess where I live doctors don't take this too seriously.

I attached my charts, honestly every day shows similar results. Appreciate any suggestion you can give me. Thank you

@rafanegrette

Welcome to the board and good job getting the charts squared away.

People more skilled at chart analysis than I are soon to come by and take a look.

My suggestion is to turn on the EPR to FULL TIME setting 3.   That will help you exhale and bring down the pressure overall.  Your numbers look good but you need to find a level that is comfortable treatment.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Thank you very much.

Actually, now I feel comfortable with the machine. I don't know what is waking me up. I'm taking Melatonin prolonged-release pills, which are helping me go back to sleep.
