Low AHI waking up very tired
Hi there,

I have very low AHI. I am sleeping 8 hours and waking up exhausted. It takes me about an hour to get out of bed.

I have bought a cervical collar which helped a lot with flow limitation flags, and turned my EPR on to 1 which might also be helping (any higher and I get a lot of centrals).

But I still feel awful when I wake up, do i just need more time or should I up the pressure?

I have also ordered a full face mask.
