Great suggestion, Mark! Just curious, were you able to get any resolution to these UF20 and UF50 events since you wrote this post?

Very good AHI by sleep doc standards but feel like crap. Now look at these two. AHI is only fractionally better but I felt great those days. I get 0 AHI or close too most of the time. What I really need is a FFM that fits! Taping however is getting my by at this time and so the mask search is pushed down the do list. I have found for me fixed bi-level is the key and is leakage is the culprit. No leaks and I feel better. I am taping my my with 3M Nextcare sensitive skin and that makes all the diffeence. I tried several tapes and this one is the only one that held up thru the night.
I use my PAP machine nightly and I feel great!

Mine shows UF1 and UF2 in pie chart but not in the Event Flags Graph. I'm on a mac, is that the difference?

There is an Events tab in preferences. Got to turn it on there too.

I had 31 UF2 (50% Flow Restriction) events last night anywhere between 8 seconds and 18 seconds. Could this be why I keep waking up almost every day with a headache and the days I don't I'm on the verge of one? Hoping to get some insight before I see my sleep doc in a week as to why my AHI has been great but still wake up feeling like crap. He said last time I might be suffering from airway resistance syndrome, which I assume is UARS? Is that not what the UF1 and UF2's are referencing?

All I know is I can have apneas and hypopneas and if the UF1 line is quiet I will feel good.
If I have a lot of activity in the UF line I will feel bad no matter what the AHI might be. In my case mask/mouth leakage seems to be the driver of my sleep problems.

Cate and Mark;
Side note: For easier reading, you may wish to go to the Preferences->Events->Label heading and change the UF1 & UF2 to read "FR20" & "FR50" respectively.
