Side note: For easier reading, you may wish to go to the Preferences->Events->Label heading and change the UF1 & UF2 to read "FR20" & "FR50" respectively.

Should we keep the minimum time to 8 seconds, or even lower?

OK thanks Crimson Nape. Changed to show FR20 and FR50. So....I have 31 FR50 events from last night but only 1 FR20. What does that indicate? And could it have an effect on how a person feels when they wake up? Cause AHI is good.

That's a user call. I'm keeping mine at the original number. The gurus that came up with those parameters had a reason for them and they probably know a lot more about this area than I do.

I would be inclined to say that they were arousals thus interrupting your sleep. . . It's just a guess. I know that I feel a lot better when the flow restriction value counts are lower, regardless of my AHI number.

I'm still trying to glean a better understanding using these numbers. Hopefully other forum members have a more in-depth knowledge on this subject.

Am I missing something here? So we make these changes to track mini arousals during the night. Then what?
What exactly do we do about them? Or is it just a knowledge thing, so you know why you are waking up multiple times?

Do you keep changing pressure to try to lessen these events?

I'm exploring that area now. Initially, it appears that there is a correlation between the number of events and quality-of-sleep. This seems to be subjective at this point. Right now I only have 5 values for how I feel.
  1. Bad
  2. I'm here. . .
  3. OK
  4. Good
  5. If I felt any better, I'd be illegal or immoral!
Now I need to marry them with the restriction values.

Thanks! At least people here get it. I like your name; It sounds like a Southern Belle. . . much like "Delta Dawn".
