RE: What does the "Pulse Change" value mean?50+
Is this your first use of the oximeter? If so, yeas new data will show when it is imported. I assume “No” since you say your Pulse Change value used to be 50+. Is that 50+ times an hour you are referring to? If it was, I don’t think 50 versus 38 times an hour is significant. But if “No”, what new data came up? Just the decrease in “Pulse Change”?
It is desirable to have a steady heart rate. But I don’t think you have anything to be concerned about.
I have a pretty high heart rate during the day. But have been pleased to see my heart rate stays lower at night when I use my CPAP.
Your resting pulse had a low of 57 and a high of 96. Last night mine has a low of 61 and a high of 84. Mine appears better with less variation. But during the day, my first step of exercise will be 110 and hits 142 easily. So mine is not good.
To me it appears you woke up somewhat at 10:50 and created a slight blockage with your movement. Your machine increased pressure but did not flag and event because it was so quick.
