What AirCurve 10 ASV adjustment makes it easier to exhale against pressure?

Okay, thank you. But doesn't turning EPAP min down to 4.0 or less commonly cause users to feel a suffocating feeling and starved for air?

Everybody has their own health issues. The question is what would turning it down to 4 do for you. You don't know until you try. Starved for air sounds more like an IPAP issue. You're apparently having trouble exhaling -- then turn down the EPAP Min a little at a time, see what works for you. If you feel better, then it's a win. If you feel worse, then you can turn it back up. Experiment.
