I appreciate the quick response. So you’re pretty confident those arousals and spikes in the graph are considered normal?

RE: Bilevel self-titration for UARS
When I asked another member of a forum they said that the arousals and overall spikiness was unusual and likely indicative of poor sleep, however they weren't respiratory related (as in, they weren't a consequence of my breathing or the CPAP machine). This was because there wasn't a strong correlation to my flow limitations or events. It was pointed out to me that the flow limitations I was experiencing were in the normal range and spikes indicating arousal were coming before most of the data anomalies, indicating that the arousal caused it instead of the other way around. Some amount of arousals is normal, and they have many causes. It's most likely that I simply had more arousals as a consequence of my sensitized state. Hope this helps.
