I developed Carpal Tunnel from spending way too much time typing on a keyboard and was smart enough to opt for a ergonomic keyboard before things got really bad. I cannot fathom how this problem could be related to Sleep Apnea. As for being older and slower, those 'problems' come naturally for those who believe themselves to be OLD - I still think of myself as a young man.
