My headgear had minimal reading as there is no heating element within the headgear, only the tube to the cpap. I’m not aware of anywhere that prefabricates this, had to craft this on my own. The foil was not loud, I squeezed it pretty tight around the tube. It makes the tube a bit less flexible but nothing awful.

you could put a standard tube cover over the foil, to protect it and probably  make it less 'crinklyable' if that was the issue.
