If I had my druthers for a back up and travel machine, I would buy one of the new portable palm-top sized devices that have come on the market in the last year or two, like the Z1 Auto. But then I travel a lot.

ResMed S9 vs. A10 vs. PRS1 is like Ford vs. Chevy to me. There's no clear winner. For a particular person or particular feature, one may be better, but the other will win on other comparisons.
