DreamStation 2 Session Info - Phantom Disconnects

Sorry to hear that.

Given the number of people on HERE that are having the exact same issue, my gestalt is a LOT of machines are "faulty".

I honestly think it's the firmware.

Does your replacement machine have v1.0.7 on it?

Not close enough to the machine currently to confirm, but I did check the firmware after setting it up and recall it was a variant of 1.0.7.  To be confirmed early next week as I'm away for the weekend and using my travel CPAP.

It happens to people on older firmware too.

Checked the firmware on the new machine this morning - it's V1.0.7.4397.

8 disconnects again last night.

Yeah, I've seen it on both 1.0.4 and 1.0.7.

At this point I think Phillips is just phoning it in.
