RE: Is my ResMed AirCurve 10 working correctly?
No one said ps5, I was ok with ps2, as it seems was deepbreathing. It was a choice made by oldfart. I don't think a ps 2 or 5 would have changed the chart. the median ps was 9 and 95% PS was 10
I suggested to lift the max pressures out of the way, to let the machine work. This has shown that there may be other factors, because a max IPAP of 24 didn't prevent a H, nor provide enough flow rate. To me it may be a chin tuck or similar positional obstruction. You are good at this stuff sleeprider. Increasing pressure isn't going to resolve this and it should be fixed first. I would then clear the obstructive stuff, then do the CA stuff with the max PS, it may need more than the 12 or the default 15.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
