New study - OSA and Neck proprioception relation
Folks,
A recent paper came out with an interesting conclusion, how patient with OSA (obstructive sleep apnea) can usually have issues with the upper neck (measured through proprioception tests) and posture
Here is the paper link on NCBI PubMed: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39612037/
My sleep issues and severe OSA started after the injury from high-velocity chiropractic neck manipulations, so the connection makes total sense to me.
