It looks like the leaks could be better controlled, I'm thinking this is a mask leak pattern.
Also you might gain some comfort by adding EPR full time, at your current min pressure of 6 you can get EPR 2. If you want EPR 3, you'll need min to go up to 7.

Echoing the above post, to try get a handle on the leaks either from your N20, or more likely, your mouth. If it's from your mouth, find a way to keep it sealed through the night. Otherwise, as you know, pressures will be affected and your device may become less effective. Tape could be used one night to know that you're eliminating air leaks through the mouth.
