That is one of those things you will have to experiment for yourself. It depends on ambient humidity and temperature difference between the CPAP and the room. This is one of those ever-changing settings.

It has been a few weeks so I am posting an updated chart. Does it seem like any adjustments are necessary?
I do feel better over all, which is great. The only issue I have is sometimes i take the mask off while sleeping and wake up without it. However, I always get at least the 4 hours and most of the time 8-9 hours daily.
Your results are sure looking better! The CA events are gone, and pressure seems fairly steady, good numbers. We aren't going to do much more with the flow limits since you are at EPR 3. About the only possible thing might be to watch for getting your head propped up where you have some positional issues. Overall, the results look great. Are you feeling better with the therapy?

Sorry for the late reply, life happened. I think my sleep is much much better, not as good as I would hope but I do not think its apnea related (hormonal stuff). I still need 9 hours of sleep to feel semi rested, which sucks because I was hoping the cpap would reduce the amount of sleep I need. I did not realize untill i just hopped into OSCAR that my cpap for some reason my minimum pressure went up to my maximum pressure. So essentially it is constantly at 11. I have to change that, I am attaching my charts in case anyone has some helpful insight. I am willing to experiment with things, but I think I am happy the way things are.
